Before: This kitchen has nice features but is too cluttered for buyers to take notice. Clutter eats equity!	After: Look at all that valuable space and just a touch of color, buyers can move right in.


Before: The homeowners plants have taken over this dining room.	After: We removed the plants and added the homeowners china and some great accessories - ready to entertain!


Before: A nice master bath is hidden by the homeowners personal toiletries (note the soaking tub in the background).	After: Given the "spa" treatment, now its a selling feature; the soaking tub looks inviting.


Before: This is a nicely laid out space but too many toys and distractions that don't allow the buyer to see the great space.	After: After cleaning up the space and rearranging a few items buyers can see the potential.

Before: These built ins are a big plus but understated, it is hard to for buyers to see the potential, we do it for them..	After: By rearranging the bookshelves and adding a larger picture over the fireplace we create a focal point and showcase the feature.


Before: Is this a guest bedroom or storage?	After: It's a great guest bedroom! We used the shelf as a head-board, purchased an inexpensive bed-in-a-bag and voila!


Before: A non-descript master bedroom lacks appeal.	After: Adding some simple window treatments, a few pillows, updated lamps and a chair creates a warm and inviting retreat.


Before: An office, or a warehouse for computer parts?	After: A Wonderful office space, it just needed some cleaning up and a little TLC.

Before: The hutch in this kitchen is overwhelming and making the room seem much smaller than it is.	After: We removed the hutch and took a leaf out of the table, it really opened up the space.


Before: This is the first room you see when you enter the house. The large scale furniture and knick knacks are making this space feel smaller than it really is.	After: We removed some of the large scaled furniture and extra accessories and stereo equipment, what a nicer look.


Before: A nice office is a big plus in many homes, this one is not showing the space at its best.	After: We understand clients live and often work in their home while it is for sale. We try and make the room look nicer than "before".


Before: These kitchen counters are full of items that eat equity.	After: Show off the space and put money in your pocket!
