The objective of home staging is to present your home in the best possible light, and make it stand out from the competition. As Accredited Staging Professionals (ASP) we are trained on the proven and powerful techniques of staging homes and have achieved national certification.
We can Stage your entire home or just a few of the main rooms. You decide...we can do as much or as little as you wish. Many of our clients choose a combination of our staging services and we are happy to meet your needs. Preparing your house prior to listing, increases the chance of you selling it quickly and for more money. The investment in staging your home is always less than your first price reduction.
A consultation is great for homeowners who need a little direction, but have the time, ability, and resources to Stage the house themselves. During the 2-3 hour consultation we will meet with you to assess your property inside and out. With your permission, we will take digital pictures and compile a detailed design plan to guide you in completion of your work. Fees start at $250 and are based upon square footage of property.
During a Full Staging we personally prepare your home for sale. Working with your furniture and accessories or using rentals, we maximize your homes best features and minimize its least desirable ones. We often make some recommendations for additional accessories or items to truly "showcase" your home. Completion of a Full Staging means your home is Well Dressed, looking its best and ready to sell for top dollar!
This service is recommended to enhance the appeal of an empty house and allow buyers to see the possibilities. First we meet you at your house, tour the property and take pictures. Then we will provide you with a bid to rent furnishings and accessories to transform the empty space into a warm and inviting environment. Our services include coordinating with the rental company, receiving and arranging the furniture, and adding artwork and accessories throughout the home. |
